The country house, which was the first to be build in its series, was constructed in 1995 and designed by its present owner, mr. Kruisman, an architect in the Netherlands. The house is located in the \\\"Carrasqueira valley\\\", within walking distance of the village of Usseira, and enjoys wonderful views overlooking the countryside.
The Monte Junto mountain-ridge is also visible. Óbidos, the famous medieval town is at a five minutes drive distance, and the coast, in particular the clean lagoon of Foz do Arelho is at twenty minutes driving distance.

The house is offered fully furnished, inclusive a four-wheel driven Mitsubishi Pajero. The plot covers 5.900 m2 of land.
